The office rental market around Dosandaero and Nonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul, is experiencing dramatic changes in a short period of time. According to statistics from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the vacancy rate on Dosandaero fell to 4.61 tpa3tpa in the second quarter of 2025, a 17.11 tpa3tpa drop from the previous quarter (21.71 tpa3tpa), marking the largest decline in the country.
