REMAX X L&DC

Last August, Remax Korea signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with proptech company L&DC. This agreement aims to foster technological collaboration to improve the efficiency of real estate agents and enhance customer service quality.

Landup, an AI-based business analysis solution

L&DC Co., Ltd., the agreement partner, is a proptech startup founded in 2022 that operates 'LanDup', a real estate business analysis solution based on AI and big data.
LandUp provides comprehensive data on land, buildings, location, and revenue analysis. To date, approximately 17,000 business feasibility studies have been conducted. This represents 91 tpa3t of the approximately 200,000 annual construction permits issued nationwide, representing a market value of approximately KRW 11 trillion.
In particular, it was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' TIPS program in 2024 and established itself as a resident company of Seoul Fintech Lab in 2025, and is growing rapidly.

"Brokerage Short Briefing" feature – enhancing brokers' explanatory power.

L&DC recently introduced the 'Brokerage Property Short Briefing' service, a feature exclusively for licensed real estate agents.
This feature automatically generates land, building, location, and profit analysis information with a single address input to create a property report.
In addition to existing AI business analysis reports, Short Briefing provides a summary report for listings, designed for immediate use in real estate brokerage settings. It also provides visual information on living conditions, including transportation, school districts, and amenities, and automatically calculates projected annual yields and average land and building prices, helping customers make objective decisions.
It is estimated that this will strengthen the broker's explanatory power and increase the transaction success rate.

Synergy between Remax and L&DC

Through this agreement, the two companies are pursuing specific collaborations, including member registration automation, listing report integration, branding integration, and data expansion. This is expected to increase franchisees' work efficiency and further enhance the quality of customer service.
A Remax representative said, “This agreement goes beyond a simple technology partnership and will serve as an opportunity to improve the practical efficiency of certified real estate agents and elevate the level of customer service to the next level.” They added, “Going forward, Remax will combine digital transformation with a global network to provide real value to both franchisees and customers.”
Furthermore, Remax Korea and L&DC plan to continue technological exchanges and service enhancements, starting with this collaboration. This collaboration is expected to set new standards for certified real estate agents and serve as a driving force for providing specialized and differentiated services that keep pace with market changes.
