March Growth Drivers Proven by RE/MAX Korea
To those contemplating the future of the real estate brokerage business, the question REMAX Korea poses is clear: “Will you remain a neighborhood real estate agency, or will you advance as a real estate company equipped with a system?” Even starting from a similar starting line, the outcome can differ drastically depending on the choice made. Last March, REMAX Korea once again proved that this difference lies not in mere luck, but in ‘structure’ and ‘system.’
The Power of a 'Proven Agent-Centric System'
The core of the RE/MAX system lies in its sophisticated design, where individual performance leads to organizational competitiveness. The results of the 'February Top Agents and Offices,' announced on March 16, prove this with numbers.
The Monthly Top 15 Agents, who demonstrated outstanding performance in the fiercely competitive field, and the Monthly Top 3 Offices, who achieved stable business results, showed that Re/Max's comprehensive marketing support is leading to the actual conclusion of contracts.
In particular, the Cumulative TOP 20 list, representing the top ranks in cumulative performance for January and February, presented a model of sustainable growth rather than a fleeting success, providing a positive stimulus to the entire network.
A global 'gathering place' united under the name Remax
REMAX Korea's Seoul office is bustling year-round with agents and franchise representatives from around the world. Although they are complete strangers personally, they cross borders to visit this place, marked by the common coordinate of 'REMAX'.
The successive visits to the headquarters by brokers Daniel Lee of REMAX Hawaii and Peter Nam of Calgary, Canada, in early March were a prime example of the power of this global network. They shared a warm meeting rooted in the bond of being part of the REMAX family and exchanged in-depth views on the characteristics of the real estate markets in both countries and the agent growth systems.
This hospitality applies equally to Korean agents visiting any country in the world, including the United States and Mongolia. The REMAX network, connecting over 110 countries worldwide, operates as a massive 'ecosystem of trust' that goes beyond simple business relationships, allowing for discussions on cooperation and investment insights to be gained anywhere.

The 3% Difference That Defines Expertise: Launch of the 10th CRS Cohort
As transaction volumes grow, customers demand responsible professional expertise beyond simple property listings. To meet these market demands, RE/MAX Korea has begun recruiting for the 10th cohort of the Certified Real Estate Service (CRS).
This qualification, held by only 31 TP3T realtors in the United States, is considered a "guarantee of expertise" that increases average income and success rates by two to three times compared to general brokers. Starting on April 4, this training program features a practice-oriented curriculum covering both residential and commercial properties, and is expected to drive the qualitative growth of the Korean brokerage market.
RE/MAX Korea's 'Free Broker Recruitment Seminar' for Franchisee Co-growth a Great Success
RE/MAX Korea successfully concluded the 'Free Broker Recruitment Seminar' held on March 6 to support franchisees in securing top talent and organizational growth. Based on the strategy that 'good brokers are directly linked to franchisees' sales performance,' this event was designed to allow franchisee representatives to scout talent and conduct interviews directly on-site.
Four major affiliates, including RE/MAX Wide Partners, Rich Asset, Platinum Partners, and Titan, participated in the seminar on this day, attracting around 30 participants hoping to enter the brokerage business and generating enthusiastic interest. In particular, active consultations took place at the individual affiliate consultation tables, with waiting lines lasting over an hour and a half.
One participant shared their thoughts, stating, "It was beneficial to be able to compare the systems and training methods of various verified franchisees in one place without having to visit each business individually." An official from RE/MAX Korea stated, "We will continue to strengthen our excellent talent matching program to support the practical growth desired by franchisee representatives." This event was held with the sponsorship of Korea Open Cyber University.
