August Monthly Top Agents and Offices Announced… On-site Performance Continued Even During Off-Season

Even during the sweltering summer vacation season and the real estate off-season, RE/MAX Korea franchisees and agents nationwide continued their brokerage activities in the field.

Last August, Meister, Gold Asset, and Myeongdang affiliates made it into the top 3 in the office sector, while agents Choi Hyun-mi, Kim Mi-soo, and Han Sang-hoon recorded excellent results in the monthly agent sector. There were also cases of new agents achieving results in a short period of time.

Agents, including CEO Seo Hyun-woo, ranked among the top in cumulative performance from January to August. This ranking was compiled based on franchisees that submitted their performance results to the headquarters within the deadline.

1st Property Listing Video Festival 'Dadaikseon Challenge' Held... Expanding Property Promotion Using Short-Form Videos

To commemorate the opening of the listing video section on the REMAX listing page (https://remax.co.kr), REMAX Korea held the 1st listing video festival, the 'Dadaikseon Challenge,' in which agents produced and introduced their own listings as short-form videos.

This challenge focused on enabling customers to browse properties more intuitively by adding video content to photo and text-based listings. Short-form videos produced by the agents themselves played a role in continuously supplying the platform with new, visually engaging property content.

Agent Yoo Yang-geol of Golden Realty produced the most videos by registering 18 shorts, and numerous agents, including CEO Park Chang-soo and Agent Kim Ho-jeong, participated in the challenge. Taking this event as an opportunity, Remax Korea plans to continuously expand the use of short-form content by agents.

18,000 inquiries including property listings and seminar applications… Strengthening content and website operations

RE/MAX Korea is expanding its customer touchpoints by strengthening its website and content operations. It has established a content management system that selects and posts market-related articles and information on the website and delivers them via newsletter, and has revamped its website to enable customers to more easily access key information, such as listings and seminars.

As a result, over 18,000 instances of customer engagement, including clicks, inquiries, and applications, occurred on the website during the month of August. A key feature is the integration of content with the website, enabling customers who entered through the content to move on to their actual areas of interest, such as property inquiries and seminar applications.

RE/MAX Korea plans to continue providing market information and listing content, and to carry out marketing activities that connect customers and franchisees centered around its website.

RE/MAX Officially Launches 'Value-Up PM Service' for Small and Medium-Sized Building Asset Management

RE/MAX Korea officially launched the 'RE/MAX Value-Up PM Service' targeting landlords of small and medium-sized buildings.

This is a service that provides integrated support for lease management, facility management, and Net Operating Income (NOI) management for landlords and building owners who find it difficult to allocate time for management tasks themselves. To this end, a dedicated PM Business Division has been established, and a system has been put in place to systematically operate related operations.

Rent levels are reviewed to determine appropriate standards based on big data-driven market analysis, and tenant management is conducted prior to lease expiration to prevent vacancies. An integrated management system is also provided, enabling landlords and managers to check key management details and communicate via smartphone.

Facility management expertise has been enhanced through a partnership with Proescom, a specialized firm with 32 years of experience. RE/MAX Korea plans to meet the asset management needs of owners of small and medium-sized buildings by providing services that go beyond brokerage to support building management after the lease.
