Remax Korea kicked off 2026 with a variety of programs focused on education, recruitment, and on-site support. Despite the changing market environment, Remax Korea marked the start of the year with a smooth start, with key events focused on activities that would provide practical support to franchisees' brokerage operations.

Certified Real Estate Agent Job Seminar Held
Operate a field-oriented program that connects education and employment.

The free employment seminar for certified real estate agents, hosted by Remax Korea and sponsored by Korea Cyber University, was held successfully on January 22nd at the Gangnam branch of Korea Cyber University.

This seminar is designed for those who have obtained a real estate agent license but are having difficulty entering the real estate business, those who have recently obtained the license, and experienced real estate agents who are considering expanding into a wider range of brokerage fields.

At the event, Remax Korea CEO Shin Hee-sung delivered a welcoming address and shared his thoughts on the importance of brands and systems in a changing brokerage environment and the structure that enables certified real estate agents to continue to grow. Professor Kim Hyeon-hoe of the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management at Korea Cyber University, which provided the venue for the seminar, then introduced the university and its department, explaining the real estate curriculum and career paths.

Afterwards, Remax Korea's franchise sales team leader Na Seung-woo and manager Seo Jun-ho delivered a practical lecture on finding employment as a certified real estate agent. The lecture shared practical, immediately applicable content, including criteria for selecting a brokerage firm, the initial settling-in process for new certified real estate agents, and strategies for expanding brokerage asset classes.

A total of eight Remax franchisees, including Signature, Daerim, Daon, Summit, Meister, Golden Realty, Yeonon, and Rich Asset, participated in the event. Following the lecture, participants were interviewed on-site. Participants positively evaluated the program, as it allowed them to compare the work styles and organizational cultures of multiple brokerage firms in one place, and even facilitated interviews.

As the year draws to a close, Remax Korea announced the top 15 agents and top 3 franchisees that achieved excellent brokerage performance in December.

Even in a market environment characterized by numerous variables and changes, this list features agents who have achieved meaningful results based on their expertise and execution skills in their respective fields. While the announcements are based on single-month performance, they are particularly significant because they reflect the experience and strategies they've accumulated in the field over the past year.

The franchisees selected as the top three also demonstrated stable operations and consistent execution, connecting individual agent capabilities to organizational performance. This demonstrates that the expertise and systematic management cultivated in the field have led to meaningful results by the end of the year.

The achievements of each individual agent enhance the competitiveness of their franchisees, which in turn contributes to the growth of Remax Korea as a whole. This December's earnings announcement is a symbolic example of the fruits of our efforts and collaboration throughout 2025.
