At the '2019 Aju Economy Global Real Estate Investment Forum' held at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Seoul on the 13th, Team Leader Ae-su A of Remax White Partners, who is known as a genius in US real estate investment, said this when asked about the secrets to successful US real estate investment. 

He said, "The U.S. is a developed country with a very stable real estate market, so it is difficult to expect a windfall investment like in Korea," adding, "If you rush into U.S. real estate with the Korean mindset to earn high returns and safe assets (dollars), you will lose every time."
