Shin Hee-seong, CEO of Remax Korea, announces 'Things to keep in mind when investing in overseas real estate'

"'The heyday of real estate investment in Vietnam is over. Now it's time to go to Laos.' Is it really right to turn your attention to Laos just by hearing something like this?" 

Shin Hee-sung, CEO of Remax Korea, said this at the '2019 Aju Economy Global Real Estate Investment Forum' held at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jung-gu, Seoul on the 13th, saying, "When investing in overseas real estate, you must stick to the basics." 

In particular, he emphasized, "We need to examine whether the systems of each country overseas guarantee that we can make real estate investments through legal procedures as we wish."
