Global Real estate franchise REMAX Korea and global relocation specialist Crown Worldwide Korea have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to provide integrated services for overseas relocation customers. This agreement aims to connect the entire process from real estate transactions to actual relocation and settlement into a single service flow, enabling customers to move abroad more efficiently and conveniently.     

Remax Korea boasts a global real estate network of approximately 145,000 agents across 110 countries. This extensive network allows for direct connections with local franchisees and agents, enabling seamless support for overseas real estate purchases, rentals, and investment transactions. Recently, the company has been expanding its services to customers considering relocating abroad, including launching a website specializing in overseas real estate investment and regularly holding seminars on overseas migration and investment.

Crown Worldwide Korea is the Korean subsidiary of the Crown Worldwide Group, a global company with over 60 years of experience and a network of over 200 branches in 60 countries. It offers a wide range of relocation services, including corporate expatriate relocations, individual international relocations, and relocation services. It also offers integrated management of the entire process, from packing and transportation to storage and settlement support. Based on global standard procedures and a skilled workforce, it systematically offers customized relocation management and budget coordination services tailored to each client's goals and schedule.

Through this agreement, Remax Korea has established an integrated service system that links customers' real estate purchases to moving and settling in, while Crown Worldwide Korea has expanded its contact points with overseas relocation customers through Remax's global network.The two companies will collaborate across the entire customer journey, encompassing real estate transactions and relocation services. Building on this complementary partnership, they plan to gradually develop joint programs and expand services for overseas relocation customers.
