RE/MAX Korea announced on the 30th that it won awards in four categories, including third place in the franchise member increase category, at the 'RE/MAX Asia Pacific Convention' recently held in India. 

'Remax Asia Pacific Convention' is an event held every August by 'Remax', a real estate network company that has expanded into over 110 countries around the world. It is a place where 'Remax' members from the Asia Pacific region gather together. This year's event was attended by over 500 people including Remax headquarters representatives, franchise owners, and agents from 27 countries. 

At this event, Remax Korea won four awards based on its performance in the first half of 2019. Remax Korea ranked third among Asia Pacific countries in the 2019 franchise franchise increase category. Remax Korea’s franchise, Remax Wide Partners, ranked first in the category of having the most agents based on franchises. Remax Wide Partners’ agents, Chan-young Lee and Byung-rok Choi, ranked first and second, respectively, in the commercial real estate personal commission category. 

Shin Hee-sung, CEO of Remax Korea, said, “We will use this event as an opportunity to bring about new changes within Remax Korea,” and added, “We will expand nationwide franchises and agents and strengthen practical training to improve service quality.” He continued, “We plan to operate educational programs for acquiring advanced marketing techniques, deepening real estate expertise, and developing overseas real estate markets.”
