Remax Richtop will open an office in a commercial district near Dongtan Lake in Dongtan 2 New Town, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, and begin full-scale operations. CEO Park Du-ho is a licensed real estate agent and journalist who runs a real estate information newspaper. He possesses both field experience and a knack for conveying information. The Real Estate Information Newspaper, led by licensed real estate agents and real estate sales consultants, provides prompt and accurate information on real estate sales, policy trends, and expert columns, earning recognition as a trusted source within the industry. Remax Richtop franchisees have already completed the hiring of six licensed real estate agents ahead of their opening. This lineup includes professionals with extensive experience in sales management and real estate sales for large corporations, brokers with expertise in new city development, commercial development, and knowledge industry centers, and distribution experts with over 30 years of experience leading outlet and commercial facility development. Furthermore, the team includes sales management professionals with extensive experience in numerous commercial development projects nationwide, as well as multi-talented professionals with experience in civil service, management, and real estate consulting. The combination of their diverse experience spanning residential, commercial, and development sectors is expected to enable differentiated brokerage services centered around Dongtan's core commercial district.
