Global real estate franchise Remax Korea (CEO Shin Hee-seong) announced on the 25th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with proptech company L&DC (CEO Lee Deok-haeng) to lead the digital transformation of brokerage practices.
REMAX Korea, the Korean subsidiary of REMAX, the world's leading real estate franchise, has been introducing its global network and advanced brokerage systems to the domestic market since its establishment in 2013, providing training, marketing, and IT solutions to licensed real estate agents and franchisees. Through this agreement, REMAX Korea plans to further strengthen its digital capabilities, enabling franchisees to provide more professional and reliable services to customers.
Our partner, L&DC Co., Ltd., is a proptech company that operates "LanDup," an AI- and big data-based real estate business analysis solution. It provides comprehensive data on land, building, location, and revenue analysis. Recently, it introduced a "Property Short Briefing" feature for licensed real estate agents, which automatically generates property reports to enhance agents' explanatory power and transaction success rates.
Through this agreement, the two companies will pursue specific collaborations, including member registration automation, listing report integration, branding integration, and data additions. Through these efforts, they aim to strengthen information sharing and system integration, thereby enhancing the work efficiency of real estate agents and improving the quality of customer service. Going forward, Remax Korea and L&DC anticipate leveraging their mutual technologies and capabilities to provide even better customer service.
