The free recruitment seminar for real estate agents hosted by RE/MAX Korea concluded with great success.
Four affiliates participated in this event, including Director Lee Myung-hee of RE/MAX Wide Partners, CEO Park Doo-ho of Rich Asset, CEO Kim Su-wan of Platinum Partners, and CEO Yoon Jung-yoon of Titan, who introduced their companies and conducted on-the-spot interviews.
Approximately 30 participants considering entering the brokerage business attended the seminar on this day. After listening to recruitment strategies and an introduction to the RE/MAX brand, the participants held individual meetings with representatives from each franchise to ask questions directly and schedule future interviews or office visits.
The atmosphere at the event was hotter than expected. Several participants lined up at each franchise consultation table, waiting for interviews, and the queues stretched for quite a while. In fact, one participant waited for nearly an hour and a half while waiting for the previous consultation to finish.
One participant from Bangbae-dong said, “I have a strong interest in real estate, so I visited to see the site firsthand.” Another participant stated, “I have attended job interviews for various real estate agents, but I felt that some companies treated employees like disposable commodities,” adding, “I participated because I was curious about how brands like RE/MAX manage their workforce and how they train their employees.”
RE/MAX Korea organized this event to support recruitment by recruiting seminar applicants and having representatives from selected franchisees participate. This approach was significant for franchisees as it provided an opportunity to meet top talent in person, while for participants, it allowed them to conduct interviews with various agencies in one location without having to visit multiple brokerage firms individually.
This event was held with the sponsorship of Korea Open Cyber University. Through this seminar, REMAX Korea provided an opportunity to support talent recruitment for its franchisees and enhance brand awareness.
