Remax Korea announced on the 2nd that it has recently launched an 'English Property Information Service', the first in the industry to provide English translations among real estate-related map-based property information services.
 

A company official said, "Most overseas customers looking for real estate in Korea have had difficulties from the property search stage because there is no proper English related website," and "even if they finally find a property, they have to endure time waste and inconvenience until the property analysis and contract signing stages." He added, "Remax's 'English Property Information Service' that is being introduced this time was planned with the purpose of solving such inefficiencies for overseas customers."

The 'English Property Information Service' was launched six months after Remax Korea launched the 'Comprehensive Property Search Service' last year, which aims to provide integrated online and offline real estate services. This service provides translations of all properties updated on the Remax homepage. Its unique feature is that it provides English services for approximately 20,000 domestic properties ranging from commercial to residential.

Shin Hee-sung, CEO of Remax Korea, said, “Until now, there has been no case of a domestic real estate property information service being provided in English,” and “The ‘English Property Information Service’ launched by Remax Korea this time will be the first in Korea.” CEO Shin continued, “This service is especially useful for overseas customers,” and added, “Overseas customers can obtain property information and print detailed reports through Remax Korea’s English homepage.”

A company official said, "The 'English Property Information Service' consists of properties directly posted by professional Remax agents," and "Unlike some online real estate information sites, we do not provide accurate information updates or provide false information that is different from the actual properties."

Overseas customers can search for properties on the English website of Remax Korea and receive detailed briefings on the properties from the agent in charge. They can also receive total real estate services from property transactions to management.

CEO Shin said, "Remax Korea has established a system that can conduct domestic real estate marketing targeting overseas customers," and "We provide accurate and safe online and offline services through the 'English property information service' and Remax agents."
