Remax Korea, the domestic subsidiary of global real estate company Remax, and GFK (CEO Choi Young), which operates the domestic shared kitchen brand '1st Street', announced on the 29th that they recently signed a business agreement to further expand new branch development and real estate implementation business.
Based on this agreement, the two companies plan to cooperate in purchasing and leasing work required for new branch development, building human resources and utilizing know-how to expand real estate implementation business.
Remax is the largest real estate franchise company in the industry, operating in over 110 countries around the world. It provides consulting services to understand real estate market trends and maximize asset value.
GFK is a startup in the shared kitchen sector. In June, it introduced the first shared kitchen in the shared kitchen industry that utilized an entire small building. Through this, it declared its expansion from a shared kitchen service to a shared kitchen platform. GFK said, "This agreement is part of GFK's platform expansion strategy," and "We plan to diversify our business model by joining hands with Remax."
Shin Hee-sung, CEO of Remax Korea, said, “We plan to provide the best real estate service based on Remax’s nationwide network, advanced real estate services, and scientific analysis techniques,” adding, “Based on the capabilities of both companies, we will grow together and upgrade the real estate development, implementation, and asset management market to the next level.”
Choi Young, CEO of GFK, said, “Through this agreement, we will be able to promote a wide-area small building-type AI (artificial intelligence) shared kitchen project,” and “We will be able to provide more precise locations and commercial districts to prospective entrepreneurs.”
