At 10:30 a.m. today, Remax Korea signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Korea Cyber University to foster real estate professionals. Professor Kim Hyun-hoe of the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management at Korea Cyber University, who also serves as the Director of the Urban Real Estate Research Institute, attended the signing ceremony. Following the signing, the two organizations discussed future directions for cooperation and development.

REMAX Korea, the Korean headquarters of REMAX, the world's largest real estate franchise with over 145,000 agents in over 110 countries, has cultivated a professional workforce based on a systematic and proven training system. The headquarters operates a step-by-step training program, ranging from basic sales training (FIRE UP) to advanced training in commercial real estate practices (ETS), weekly MAX Training, and the online education platform REMAX University. REMAX Korea is recognized as a competitive brand in the domestic real estate brokerage market, where educational infrastructure is relatively lacking.

Korea Open Cyber University is a regular four-year cyber university under the Higher Education Act. It offers a practical curriculum encompassing real estate, finance, and asset management. In particular, the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management, through its real estate bachelor's degree program, focuses on practical training in areas such as auctions, brokerage, commercial real estate, and housing welfare, systematically producing real estate professionals.

This MOU was established to foster collaboration between two institutions with strong educational expertise, leveraging their respective expertise and experience to contribute to enhancing professionalism and improving the talent development environment across the real estate industry. The two organizations plan to maintain a collaborative relationship centered on academic and personnel exchanges, fostering the healthy development and mutual growth of the real estate industry.

Additionally, a job fair hosted by Remax will be held at Korea Cyber University in Jamsil, Seoul, on January 22nd. This job fair will recruit current and former students of Korea Cyber University through interviews alone, without a document screening process, providing broader employment opportunities to licensed real estate agents and individuals with a keen interest in the real estate industry.
