We are recruiting for the 2nd class of the Certified Real Estate Specialist Course (CRS).
'CRS' is a 'Certified Real Estate Specialist/CRS' awarded by the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) in the United States.
The RRC is a residential real estate association founded in 1976 with 28,000 members (as of 2020). According to data provided by the RRC Edge Fact Sheet, as of December 2021, the income of brokers with a CRS is twice that of general brokers.
The second CRS international instructor will be Dale Carlton, who served as the 2015 National Chairman of the Residential Real Estate Council. Consecutive interpretation services will also be provided.
Domestic instructors are comprised of veterans with more than 15 years of real estate experience.
The CRS course is hosted by the US RRC and organized by the Korea Real Estate Service Development Association (KRESDA), the Department of Real Estate at Seoul Venture Graduate School, and the Real Estate Research Institute at Soongsil Cyber University. The sponsorship is provided by Remax Korea, a global real estate company with the largest network in the world.
Instructor Park In of the Korea Real Estate Service Development Association said that through this qualification course, “We will promote the advancement and specialization of the domestic real estate market and contribute to establishing a sound and ethical brokerage culture.”
