Peter Nam, an Associate Broker at REMAX House of Real Estate in Calgary, Canada, recently visited REMAX Korea. Broker Peter Nam majored in social education and worked in schools and marketing, later gaining diverse experience including overseeing the operation of a foreign language academy. He subsequently immigrated to Calgary, Canada, and entered the real estate industry. Due to the characteristics of Calgary, where there are few Koreans, the company actively expanded its sales scope to include not only Korean customers but also local customers, thereby expanding its customer base. He is currently continuing his active brokerage activities, focusing on commercial real estate transactions in the Calgary area, including hotels, motels, gas stations, and franchise stores. Broker Peter Nam is a figure with deep pride and affection for the REMAX brand. He has held the trust and value of global networks in such high regard that he went to great lengths in the past to introduce the REMAX brand to Korea. He said, “REMAX is a global network with a structure that earns trust based solely on its name and brand,” adding, “The strong brand recognition that people know no matter which country you go to is REMAX’s greatest competitive advantage.” During this visit, various opinions were exchanged regarding the structure of the Korean real estate market and the role and status of licensed real estate agents. REMAX Korea welcomed Broker Peter Nam's visit and presented him with a letter of appointment as a Global Ambassador. We look forward to even more active cooperation and exchange between REMAX Korea and Calgary, Canada in the future. |
