| Remax KoreaA 'Free Real Estate Agent Employment Seminar' will be held on January 22nd for prospective and new real estate agents who are concerned about their career path and employment after obtaining the real estate agent qualification.
This seminar goes beyond simple information dissemination. It's designed to give licensed real estate agents preparing for employment at brokerage firms a firsthand experience of the real-world environment and hiring criteria. Representatives from Remax-affiliated brokerage firms will participate in the event, offering a hands-on recruitment program that includes on-site interviews and job interviews. Eight brokerage firms have already applied to participate.
The special lecture will focus on the criteria and experiences required in the real-world brokerage field, including the criteria for selecting a brokerage firm—a common concern after obtaining a license—the process of adapting to the workplace for new brokers, and the conditions for a work environment conducive to growth. Through this, participants are expected to gain firsthand insight into realistic decision-making criteria, rather than vague job information.
This event is held in collaboration with Remax Korea Korea Open Cyber University This program is based on a joint industry-academia cooperation agreement. Remax Network members can receive up to $50% in tuition discounts when enrolled in a four-year degree program at Korea Cyber University. They can also systematically study real estate theory and practice while earning their bachelor's degree.
A representative from Remax Korea stated, “What is important for a certified real estate agent is the environment in which they gain experience and grow after obtaining their license,” and added, “This seminar will be an opportunity for those considering employment at a real estate agency to see the field firsthand and make a judgment call.”
