REMAX Korea, the Korean branch of the global real estate franchise REMAX, will attend the 'REMAX Asia Convention 2025' that opens today, July 2nd, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This convention is a networking event where REMAX franchisees from all over Asia gather in one place to share the trends of the rapidly changing Central Asian real estate market and promote mutual exchange.

The Remax Korea team traveled around Mongolia directly, interacting with Remax Mongolia franchisees and experiencing the growth potential of the local real estate market. Mongolia has achieved rapid urbanization and economic growth in recent years based on its vast land area, which is about 15 times that of South Korea, and its natural resources such as coal, copper, and rare earth elements. In particular, as large-scale urban development centered around the capital city of Ulaanbaatar begins in earnest, interest in real estate is so concentrated that a new word, “Mongtan New City,” has been coined locally.

A Remax Korea official who attended the event said, “The Mongolian real estate market is still a high-growth region with many untapped opportunities,” and “Through this visit, I was able to once again realize the power of the Remax global network.”

Remax Mongolia has been rapidly increasing the number of franchises in recent years, recording the fastest growth rate in Asia. Against this backdrop, this convention was held to confirm the potential of the Mongolian market and to strengthen partnerships with Remax experts from various Asian countries.

Meanwhile, in addition to participating in this convention, Remax Korea is also continuing its activities to enter overseas markets and build a global real estate network in Korea. On July 25, it will hold a 'Real Estate Startup Seminar' for prospective entrepreneurs and brokers who wish to start a real estate business. In addition to introducing the Remax system, it will also provide practical information by introducing domestic and international real estate listing search platforms and employment-related programs.
