Remax Korea, a global real estate company boasting 49 years of history, announced on the 18th that it will hold the '2023 Successful Real Estate Startup & Employment Seminar' at Ferrum Tower located in Jung-gu, Seoul on the 22nd.

Remax Korea said that the recent increase in interest rates has led to a transaction cliff in the housing market, but in the case of commercial real estate, hotel and retail transactions are also recovering while the office market continues to rise.

A Remax Korea official said, "The outlook for the retail market is bright with the recovery of daily life and the increasing number of foreign tourists. As the supply of prime commercial real estate in good locations is limited, demand is strong even if rents are raised, so we need to prepare for rising prices and interest rate expenses." “We can also cover it,” he said.

Reflecting this trend, the company explains that this seminar plans to provide trends in the real estate rental market in 2023 and solutions for success that are stronger in the recession.

Meanwhile, anyone can participate in this seminar, including prospective real estate agents as well as existing real estate agents in practice. The number of participants is limited to 50 people on a first-come, first-served basis, and advance registration is required.
