Remax Korea (CEO Shin Hee-seong), a global real estate company with the industry's largest real estate network, announced on the 9th that it will broadcast the '19th Online Real Estate Investment Expo' live through the video conferencing service 'Zoom' at 10 o'clock on the 15th. According to the '2022 Korean Wealth Report' announced by Hana Financial Group, the proportion of commercial real estate holdings among high-income earners at the end of 2021 was 38%, an increase of 4% from a year ago. High-income earners targeted in the report are those with financial assets of 1 billion won or more. Among the statistics, the proportion of commercial real estate owned by Young & Rich (in their 20s to 40s) reached 44%, which was 8% higher than the proportion of Oldrich (in their 50s or older) at 36%.

Remax said, “Investments from wealthy individuals are flowing into the commercial market due to ongoing housing market regulations,” and added, “Overseas real estate investment is also expected to increase due to the pandemic transition.” He added, “At this expo, we plan to provide consulting in line with the increasing demand for commercial real estate and overseas real estate.”

In addition, at this expo, about 400 real estate experts from Remax affiliates nationwide will analyze the location of real estate investment products such as shopping malls, buildings, reconstruction, redevelopment, logistics, factories, land, and overseas real estate. In addition, we plan to provide inspections and strategic consulting necessary for investment, such as analysis of the business conditions of the store, legal and tax analysis, and economic and real estate business trends.
