On the 19th, Remax Able held a seminar to recruit real estate agents in the Daegu area at the Remax Able seminar room located at 6 Gongpyeong-ro, Jung-gu, Daegu.

This seminar was designed for attendees interested in pursuing a career in real estate brokerage. Beyond simply providing information, it included consultations and a Q&A session related to actual hiring. The atmosphere throughout the event was calm yet serious, with a lively Q&A session at the end of the seminar, drawing keen interest from attendees.

Remax Able is the only Remax office in the Daegu area. The seminar focused on Remax's brokerage system, work methods, and the skills required in the brokerage field. Attendees expressed keen interest in the preparation process and actual workflow for becoming a real estate professional.

Park Joo-hyun, who led the seminar, is a franchisee and agent (licensed real estate agent) who has achieved top-tier cumulative brokerage performance within the Remax network from January to November. Drawing on her extensive experience, she shared practical insights and practical tips for the brokerage industry. Her explanation of the challenges and preparations that new brokers may face during their first year in the industry resonated deeply with attendees.

Attendees continued to ask specific questions about the brokerage job search process and subsequent work environment, and for some, the seminar was so in-depth that it felt more like a real interview than a job fair.
