Remax Korea Hosted by Korea Open Cyber University The free employment seminar for certified real estate agents sponsored by was held successfully on the 22nd at the Gangnam branch of Korea Cyber University.
This seminar is designed for those who have obtained a real estate agent license but are having difficulty entering the real estate market, those who have recently obtained a license but have no real estate experience, and experienced real estate agents who are considering expanding their work into a wider range of brokerage areas.
At the event, Remax Korea first Shin Hee-sung The CEO delivered a welcoming speech and delivered a message about the importance of brands and systems in the changing brokerage environment, as well as the structure that allows certified real estate agents to continue to grow.
The Department of Real Estate Finance and Assets at Korea Cyber University provided the venue for the seminar. Kim Hyeon-hoe The professor explained the real estate curriculum and career path through an introduction to the school and department.
Afterwards, Remax Korea's franchise sales team leader Na Seung-woo and manager Seo Jun-ho delivered a practical lecture on finding employment as a certified real estate agent. The lecture shared practical, immediately applicable content, including criteria for selecting a brokerage firm, the initial settling-in process for new certified real estate agents, and strategies for expanding brokerage asset classes.
A total of eight Remax franchisees, including Signature, Daerim, Daon, Summit, Meister, Golden Realty, Yeonon, and Rich Asset, participated in the event. Following the lecture, participants were interviewed on-site. Participants positively evaluated the program, as it allowed them to compare the work styles and organizational cultures of multiple brokerage firms in one place and facilitate interviews without the time and expense of a traditional brokerage.
Participant Kim (41) said, “I participated because I was interested in the fields of real estate agent and real estate agent for litigation,” and “After consulting with interested franchisees, I even made an appointment to visit them next week.” Another participant, Bae, said, “I was worried because there was a lot of news about real estate agent offices closing recently, but I decided that I wanted to start as a real estate agent at the global franchise Remax and gain experience in various transactions, such as offices, commercial properties, and buildings.”
