We have established a real estate consulting center under the name of RE/MAX PNH in the current Gwacheon office building, and have built a system so that Pearl Abyss employees can receive real estate-related advice more conveniently. We operate by creating a database of questions left by employees and providing systematic answers based on this, and this is establishing itself as a new model for customized real estate consulting for companies.
In addition, we have expanded into various planning fields beyond the general real estate sector, and have reached a position where we will solidify our business fields for the next few years through consulting advice and collaboration with leading domestic construction companies, and we are currently building trust by performing advisory roles for large construction companies. As a representative example, we have led the unique domestic plan to transform a general hotel into a kids hotel, from small-scale individual startup consulting to large-scale investment attraction consulting, and are currently in the final stages of construction. We have increased our business in the commercial real estate consulting sector and are receiving love calls from various construction companies and the lodging industry based on this.

In this way, PNH is diversifying its portfolio by expanding its base to the Gwacheon area based on its diverse business areas and history. In addition to existing industrial complexes, it is expanding its service scope to include factories, warehouses, R&D centers, and office buildings, and is providing investment consulting through continuous communication with companies centered around Gwacheon. In the future, we have set a goal to expand our service area beyond Anyang and Gwacheon to major cities in Gyeonggi-do such as Suwon, Gasan, Dongtan, and Ansan. We will further develop our strengths as a specialized brokerage firm for corporate consulting and industrial complexes, and together with Remax Korea, we will lead the advancement of the domestic real estate market.
