This agreement combines the digital technology of the KEES platform with RE/MAX Korea’s extensive real estate network to provide innovative services in the digital and physical real estate markets. Underfin Co., Ltd. will provide RE/MAX Korea agents with training on how to utilize the KEES platform and optimize advertising based on Kubic, which will enable agents to enhance their ability to promote real estate listings using location-based advertising technology. This is expected to expand advertising and revenue generation opportunities. In order to maximize the synergy of their collaboration, the two companies plan to focus on increasing brand awareness and market share by conducting joint campaigns and promotional activities, and plan to build a win-win model by providing advertising revenue and premium services. Through this collaboration, KEES is expected to expand its platform users by leveraging RE/MAX Korea’s network and enhance brand reliability by strengthening Cubic’s use cases.
