Office brand Spark Plus announced on the 2nd that it signed a business agreement with global real estate company Remax Korea to improve the efficiency of asset management of small and medium-sized buildings.

SparkPlus and Remax Korea signed a business agreement on the 25th to establish partnerships and prepare cooperation plans with the goal of digital innovation and asset management efficiency in the small and medium-sized building market.

Through this agreement, the two companies will cooperate to expand the digital transformation of asset and lease settlement management, support the work efficiency of Remax franchisees and affiliated real estate agents, and seek ways to expand the efficiency of asset management for small and medium-sized buildings.

Spark Plus has launched 'Building Plus', a digital asset management solution that efficiently improves the manual management of small and medium-sized building assets. It has automated essential tasks that occur repeatedly every month, such as lease contracts, billing, and collection, for the convenience of landlords and managers. For this collaboration, we plan to provide Building Plus to Remax Korea franchisees and affiliated real estate agents and spare no effort in providing education and maintenance support for smooth use.

Remax Korea is the world's largest global real estate franchise company, operating in over 110 countries around the world. In Korea, over 400 skilled real estate experts across the country are providing verified real estate properties based on big data, including asset management and high-yield real estate investment consulting.
