Global real estate company Remax announced on the 1st that it will hold the '2024 Successful Real Estate Startup & Employment Seminar' at 'Genevera Space' (located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul) on the 2nd.
This seminar is designed to analyze the real estate market in 2024 and provide countermeasures and key strategies.
A representative of Remax Korea said, "It seems like the real estate market has frozen, but the commercial real estate market is in a different situation," and "The total transaction amount of commercial buildings nationwide in October this year was 2.9365 trillion won, an increase of 35.51 TP3T from the previous month." He continued, "If we look at it by transaction amount, transactions for buildings worth less than 5 billion won, which are relatively small, accounted for 92.61 TP3T of the entire market," and added, "Even in domestic and international markets suffering from economic recession and other difficulties, commercial real estate investors are seeking strategic response measures."
Remax expects this trend to continue in 2024. It is important to establish specific strategies by considering the economic and political situations in Korea, the United States, and China, it said.
