Remax said it plans to broadcast the expo live through the video conferencing service ‘Zoom’ at 10 a.m. on the 16th.

A Remax official said, "It seems that the investment activities of domestic capital have slowed down due to the recent interest rate increase, but the amount of foreign capital invested in domestic commercial real estate this year has increased significantly." He continued, “According to MSCI Real Asset, a commercial real estate market analysis company, the amount of foreign capital invested in domestic real estate in the third quarter of this year was $2.5 billion,” adding, “We can confirm that it has nearly doubled from $1.4 billion a year ago.”

According to Remax, this phenomenon is the normalization of overseas investment, which had decreased during the height of the pandemic. The company explains that the expansion of foreign investment is not unrelated to the weakening won.
