부동산 최고 전문가 과정(CRS) 2기를 모집한다.
'CRS'는 미국 주거용 부동산 협의회(Residential Real Estate Council/RRC)가 부여하는 '주거용 부동산 전문가 자격증'(Certified Real Estate Specialist/CRS)이다.
RRC는 1976년 설립된 주거용 부동산 협회로, 회원수가 2만8000명(2020년 기준)에 달한다. RRC Edge Fact Sheet에서 제공한 자료에 따르면 2021년 12월 기준 CRS를 소유한 중개사의 수입은 일반 중개사 대비 2배 높은 편이다.
CRS 2기의 국외 강사진은 2015년 '주거용 부동산 위원회' 전국 회장을 역임한 'Dale Carlton'이 맡는다. 순차통역 서비스도 제공한다.

CRS 과정은 미국 RRC가 주관하며, 한국부동산서비스개발협회(Korea Real Estate Service Development Association/KRESDA), 서울벤처대학원대학교 부동산학과, 숭실사이버대학교 부동산연구소가 주최한다. 후원은 전 세계 최대 네트워크를 보유한 글로벌 부동산 기업 리맥스코리아가 맡았다.
Instructor Park In of the Korea Real Estate Service Development Association said that through this qualification course, “We will promote the advancement and specialization of the domestic real estate market and contribute to establishing a sound and ethical brokerage culture.”
