Remax, a global real estate franchise company, announced on the 25th that it was selected as the '2023 Franchise to Franchise', which is awarded to the top 31 TP3T franchise brands.
According to the company, the '300 Franchises I Want to Franchise' is an evaluation of franchise headquarters performance based on big data in the information disclosure statement registered with the Fair Trade Commission. 9,820 domestic brands are evaluated based on FC productivity, FC growth, FC stability, know-how intensity, and headquarters. It was selected after analyzing six indicators, including profitability and franchise profitability.
Shin Hee-seong, CEO of Remax Korea, said, “Remax Korea will further develop its capabilities to become a more trustworthy franchise headquarters in the future.”
Meanwhile, Remax Korea has achieved a transaction volume of more than 2.3 trillion won in 2022. The company said that these results are due to the advanced real estate system focusing on exclusive contracts and large scale, and can be seen as evidence that the wind of large scale is blowing in the domestic real estate market.
