This event, hosted and organized by the Foodservice & Franchise Promotion Institute, was successfully held on the afternoon of the 16th at 1:00 PM at the Mont Blanc Hall of The Riverside Hotel in Seocho-gu, Seoul. This award is presented after rigorously evaluating the management performance and systems of franchise headquarters based on big data from disclosure statements registered with the Fair Trade Commission. This year, an analysis was conducted on 11,624 domestic franchise brands, and RE/MAX Korea earned a spot on the final list of the top 31 TP3T by receiving high scores in all evaluation categories, including franchisee support systems, brand credibility, and growth potential. In particular, the company received excellent evaluations for promoting transparency in the real estate service market and presenting an advanced franchise model.
