(Money Today Reporter Park Sae-rom) Global real estate brand Remax Korea announced on the 24th that the recently held '2025 Overseas Real Estate Investment Seminar' and annual networking event 'AND (Agent Networking Day)' were successful.

The investment seminar was held to share practical investment strategies and tax-saving solutions centered on investment information in the Tampa area of Florida, USA. AND was organized to enhance communication and expertise among Remax agents. About 200 people attended this event.

The seminar consisted of three lectures in total. In the first session, Professor Kim Young-gap of Hanyang Cyber University introduced ‘Investment strategies using AI (artificial intelligence)-based commercial area analysis tools.’ In the second session, CEO Luigi Novembre (co-founder of ARC Realty Group, head of Hotel Aura development) explained the investment appeal of the Tampa area in Florida and the Hotel Aura project. Finally, tax accountant Yoon Hyun-woong (CEO of Startax Tax Firm) talked about things to keep in mind when investing in overseas real estate, tax-saving strategies, and asset management methods using family corporations.

Each lecture was followed by a one-on-one consultation with the speaker, giving attendees a chance to review their investment plans and receive specific advice, the company said. 

At '2025 AND' held on the same day, discussions and presentations continued on topics such as 'The Future of Real Estate Agents in 10 Years' and 'Real Estate Advertising Strategies in the AI Era'.
