Global real estate franchise company RE/MAX Korea announced on the 17th that the '2025 RE/MAX Korea Convention' held at Hotel Newv in Gangnam-gu, Seoul was a success.

The convention that day was held as an awards ceremony to celebrate the achievements of the year and as a place for education and networking. At the awards ceremony, awards were given to franchisees who had been affiliated for more than 3 years and less than 3 years. 

In the Net Gain (increase in number of agents) category, RE/MAX Ariji Partners won for 3 years or more, and RE/MAX Golden Realty won for 3 years or less. In the Highest Sales category, RE/MAX Gold Asset won for 3 years or more, and RE/MAX Team Realty won for 3 years or less.

The 'Titan Club Award', given to the agent with the highest performance in 2024, went to Jaehyun Lee, an agent at RE/MAX Gold Asset, who achieved performance of $750,000 to $1 million. Agent Jaehyun Lee was also selected as the #1 Top Producer.

RE/MAX PNH CEO Kyung-Rok Park and RE/MAX Able CEO Joo-Hyun Park received the 'Chairman's Club Award' (performance category: $500,000 to $749,000).

At this event, three new winners of the 'CAREER AWARDS' selected by the US RE/MAX headquarters were also announced. RE/MAX Golden Value CEO Chan-young Lee received the 'Lifetime Achievement' ('7 years or more of service' and '3 million dollars or more in total commissions'). RE/MAX Gold Asset agent Jae-hyun Lee, RE/MAX Golden J Partners CEO Jae-moon Lee, and RE/MAX Able CEO Joo-hyun Park received the 'Hall of Fame' (1 million dollars or more in total commissions).

The 'CAREER AWARDS', which are awarded based on the same criteria in over 110 countries where Remax has advanced into, were awarded to 11 people in total, including 3 more in Korea, and the 'Club Award' was received by 42 people in Korea alone.

Shin Hee-sung, CEO of Remax Korea, said, “Remax is creating new value in the domestic real estate market with its global network and advanced system,” and “We are helping franchisees and agents grow continuously with differentiated education and collaboration systems.” He continued, “Last year, even in a difficult market, we exceeded 2.5 trillion won in transaction amount,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen our foundation and lead the market.”

Meanwhile, this convention was sponsored by Korea Spatial Data, KRESDA, etc. On this day, Kim Hyun-woo, CEO of Korea Spatial Data, introduced the B2B (business-to-business) service 'Cleaner' and explored ways to cooperate with Remax.
