The 8th class of 'USA Top Real Estate Specialist Course (CRS)' hosted by the Korea Real Estate Service Development Association (KRESDA) and sponsored by global real estate company Remax Korea has begun recruiting students.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is a qualification granted by the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), and currently has approximately 28,000 active members. According to the 'RRC Edge Fact Sheet', the income of CRS-holding brokers is twice that of general brokers. 

This 8th course has strengthened practical education to respond to the rapidly changing real estate market. Students will learn four subjects through the REAP program: business planning, marketing, negotiation strategies, and customer service. In particular, this course will provide knowledge that can be immediately applied in the actual market through global case studies.

It is also possible to obtain US qualifications regardless of English proficiency. Textbook and exam translation services are provided, and portfolio evaluations are also directly conducted by domestic experts.

The instructors include Shin Hee-seong, CEO of Remax Korea, Park Seo-ho, Vice President of Remax Korea, Choi Eun-young, CEO of Remax Myeongdang, and Ji Young-hoon, CEO of Best One M&M, all veterans in the real estate industry. A CRS official said, “Through the 8th course, we will support participants to gain differentiated competitiveness in the global real estate market.” 

The 8th CRS class is scheduled to open on September 28th, and applications for the class can be made through the Korea Real Estate Service Development Association website.
