Global real estate company Remax proposes a customized investment strategy. Remax announced on the 1st that it will hold the '16th Online Real Estate Investment Expo' live on the 15th using the online video conferencing service 'Zoom'.

According to a survey by real estate research company Real Today based on the ‘Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Actual Transaction Price Disclosure System’, commercial real estate transaction amounts amounting to 27.5958 trillion won occurred in local areas excluding the metropolitan area from January to October 2021. This is an increase of KRW 6.7327 trillion from the transaction amount in the same period last year (KRW 20.8631 trillion).

Remax opened this expo in line with the increasing demand for commercial real estate.
