Real estate franchise company Remax Korea announced on the 26th that it will hold a 'real estate startup talk show' at Emmons Plaza located in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon at 2 p.m. on the 28th. Anyone can participate, including prospective real estate agents as well as existing real estate agents in practice.

According to Remax Korea, more than 400,000 people took the real estate agent qualification exam last year, the largest number of applicants ever. Among these, the test taker rate for those in their 20s and 30s also increased significantly. As a result of a survey conducted by the Korea Employers Federation on ‘intention to start a business,’ 73% among unemployed young people submitted the answer ‘I have an intention to start a business.’

The company said, “In order to start a successful business amid the start-up craze, you need to be familiar with management solutions and quickly understand overseas real estate trends,” and added, “We will provide prospective entrepreneurs with the opportunity to participate in a global real estate seminar held in Las Vegas, USA.”
