The other party will trust your meticulous consideration and will be willing to pay a little more in key money. <br \/>At this time, you should be careful because there is a possibility that you will not be able to operate even the business that may be in competition with the transferred store. This is because the Supreme Court prohibits even the business that may be in competition with the transferred business when considering various circumstances such as the content, scale, method, and scope of the business.
