2024 RE/MAX R4 Convention
The world's largest real estate fair, Remax R4 Convention, was held at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, USA from Monday, March 25th to Thursday, March 28th.
R4 Convention is an international real estate convention held every year from February to March. It is an opportunity for Remax employees and real estate industry workers from around the world to participate in real estate management and practical training, as well as new industry technologies and international real estate trends.
The R in R4 stands for Reunite, Refresh, Reward, and Recommit. Remax agents from around the world gathered at R4 interact with each other, grow, look back on the past year, set goals for this year, and receive motivation.
At the opening ceremony, the main guests were founder “Dave Liniger,” “Erik Carlson,” who was appointed CEO of RE/MAX Holdings this year, “Amy Lessinger,” president of RE/MAX LLC, and “Ellen DeGeneres,” host of the famous American talk show The Ellen Show. Participating as a speaker enriched the event.
The session that attracted the most attention at this year's R4 Convention was the real estate agency marketing session using AI. With AI becoming widely available to the public, it was expected that real estate agency marketing using AI would soon approach our field. In addition, training sessions on marketing methods that can be applied to various places such as META and Tiktok using marketing video tools using the RE/MAX Hustle platform were popular.
Also, at this year's awards ceremony, RE/MAX Goldasset team leader Jaehyeon Lee received the Chairman's Club Award, and RE/MAX Able CEO Park Joohyun received the 100% club award. We sincerely congratulate the two of you who received awards for your excellent performance at this prestigious event! We hope that more agents will participate next year and enjoy the honor of winning the award.
The 2025 R4 Convention is scheduled to be held at the Grand MGM Hotel in Las Vegas. In addition to Remax members, it would be a good choice for anyone interested in the real estate industry to participate. (*Members and participation fees vary) Additionally, if you schedule a tour that includes a fancy night in Las Vegas, the Super Bowl game, and a visit to the Sphere, you can enjoy Las Vegas twice as much.

RE/MAX Golden J Partners Anseong branch opened
On Friday, April 19th, the Anseong branch of Remax Golden J Partners was launched.
Remax Golden J Partners, which opened in 2019, is located next to Giheung-gu Office in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, and is an affiliate company that is active not only in Yongin but also throughout the country.
Golden J Partners, which operated the largest brokerage firm in Yongin, met with Remax to expand its business, and is preparing for further expansion this year.
This multi-office is the first example of a system officially introduced to improve affiliates' market share and profitability. Remax Golden J Partners' multi-office will be located in Anseong, Gyeonggi-do.
Based on Remax's brand power and Golden J Partners' solid operational know-how, we plan to provide advanced real estate brokerage services in Anseong City. We will support Remax Golden J Partners, which will lead the development and brokerage market by expanding its base to Anseong following Yongin.
We also hope that this case will become a good example and allow many affiliates to expand their business through multi-office. We will do our best to help Remax, the No. 1 global real estate company, grow further through brand power, networks, and a systematic education system.
