Real estate marketing possible thanks to Remax!
Remax Show Property
A special event was held at the Rich Building in Yangjae-dong on Friday, March 8th and Saturday, March 9th, hosted by Remax Meister. It's a Show Property event. What kind of event is ‘Show Property’?
Show Property is an event where prospective buyers can freely tour real estate properties in person and are introduced in detail to the conditions for sale and renting. When touring an existing building, it has the advantage of eliminating the inconvenience caused by coordinating appointment times with the building owner and real estate agent and the frustration of having to see only a limited space.
The Yangjae Rich Building, where Show Property was held, was a remodel of an existing building. If you proceed with new construction after destruction, you may incur losses in floor area ratio and building-to-land ratio. However, choosing remodeling has the advantage of allowing you to use the area more widely.
Yangjae Rich Building is 6 stories above ground. The first floor is a space for shops such as a flower shop, bakery, and pharmacy, while the 2nd to 5th floors are a space for hospitals, aesthetics, and offices. The 6th floor, along with the rooftop, seemed like a good space for businesses such as cafes, bars, and party rooms.
Remax Meister, who hosted Show Property, is a new Remax affiliate that signed a franchise agreement in November of last year and started in December. Additionally, the exclusive agent in charge of the building was a new agent who was hired this year after passing the real estate agent exam last year. The fact that new affiliates and new agents who opened less than three months ago were able to hold large events such as Show Property was possible because of Remax's exclusive brokerage training and a nationwide network that allows for collaboration.
Because it’s Remax, it’s a show property event that’s only possible because it’s Remax! Show Property events were already held in Gangnam, Samsung, Seolleung, and Yeongdeungpo last year, and are scheduled to continue this year, starting with Yangjae-dong. Remax Show Property is open to anyone interested in real estate, not just Remax agents, so please give us your interest and visit.

Common sense about real estate that makes money
Remax Korea is introducing new content for subscribers along with more communication to welcome the new year.
<Common sense about real estate that makes money> (hereinafter referred to as ‘Money Injury’) plans to provide comprehensive and professional real estate information, including real estate trends and common sense, laws and taxes.
The first episode covered the real estate outlook for 2024. We learned about the new, revised, and reorganized real estate government policies for 2024 through the explanation of Remax Korea Vice President Park Seo-ho, who has over 30 years of real estate experience. It also looks at the outlook for the real estate market according to the current economic situation and contains information to prepare for 2024.
In the second episode, we looked at precautions when entering into a real estate rental contract for college students who are living alone for the first time or those just starting out in society. Last year, the issue of jeonse fraud rose rapidly, and college students and those new to the workforce who signed a jeonse and monthly rent contract for the first time suffered great losses. Information that can help with this problem can be found in episode 2 of <Money Injury>. Real estate contracts are unfamiliar and difficult for everyone, including college students and those just starting out in society, and are important contracts that involve a lot of money. Since you can't sign many contracts, you must have had a lot of worries and concerns. Also, you may know that real estate information, laws, and taxes are important, as they are constantly changing and being added, but you may have stayed away from them because they are difficult to access and interpret.
I hope that such difficulties and concerns can be resolved by watching <Money Injury>. After subscribing to Remax Korea's YouTube channel, you can easily and conveniently obtain real estate information, including real estate trends, common sense, laws, and taxes, from real estate experts and become rich!

RE/MAX Retail Team Regular Seminar
On Wednesday, March 20th, a regular seminar hosted by the RE/MAX Retail Team was held in the Remax Korea conference room at Yeoksam Station, Gangnam-gu.
RE/MAX Retail Team is an organization comprised of experts with extensive experience in the retail field within Remax Korea. We provide advanced retail services to headquarters, startups, landlords, and investors based on our experience in major commercial districts across the country and our differentiated database according to the needs of corporate and individual customers.
Retail Team regular meetings are held simultaneously online and offline at least once a month in various locations across the country, including Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Incheon, and Gyeonggi. The RE/MAX Retail Team regular seminar, held once a year, is an event where agents across the country meet offline and build networks. Through regular meetings, retail agents nationwide share quality information and build a collaboration system.
This 2024 RE/MAX Retail Team's regular seminar was held with the theme of “Retail Utilization Plan through Space Utilization.” The seminar began with an opening speech by Remax Korea CEO Shin Hee-seong, followed by Remax Wide Partners Director Kim Seung-woo's introduction of the retail team, and CEO Ryu Se-jong's lecture on the topic of “Commercial Space Development.” Additionally, Professor Chang-Ju Lee’s lecture on “Relationship Marketing Strategy” was useful training for agents who are interested in retail. RE/MAX Retail Team Chairman Seungwoo Kim gave various lectures throughout the seminar, including analysis of 2024 retail trends.
The RE/MAX Retail Team regular seminar received so much attention that nearly 30 agents participated despite their busy schedules! During the breaks in between, agents from all over the country exchanged business cards, formed networks, and discussed collaboration. The majority of the opinion was that it was a worthwhile time despite the long journey.
The real estate industry is a business that achieves greater results when we work together. I believe that Remax agents will be able to achieve greater results together with the RE/MAX Retail Team. We support the growth and achievements of the RE/MAX Retail Team.
