2024 First Half IFS Franchise Startup Fair
Remax Korea plans to participate in the IFS Franchise Startup Expo in the first half of 2024, which will be held at COEX for three days from March 21st to 23rd, 2024.
IFS is Korea's largest franchise start-up fair where experts from each field gather to cover the entire process of starting a franchise, from restaurants, wholesale and retail, services, distribution and facilities, to consulting.
In addition, we connect prospective entrepreneurs with franchise headquarters and gather all distribution facilities and services required for store operation in one place, presenting the latest industry trends and contributing to revitalization.
The IFS Franchise Startup Fair, which is held twice a year in the first and second half of the year, was visited by over 30,000 people in March last year, the largest number ever. This year too, it was predicted to be the largest ever, surpassing last year. At the IFS Franchise Startup Expo in the first half of the year, about 350 companies, the largest number ever, are expected to participate and fill about 800 booths. A large number of excellent and promising brands participated, and the support program was greatly strengthened to cover all industries that require cooperation for startups.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Obtaining CRS, the ‘top residential real estate expert certification’ hosted by the U.S. Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) and the Korea Real Estate Service Development Association (KRESDA), may be the answer.
CRS is a training and certification program administered by RRC and is the highest qualification awarded to residential real estate brokers. You will gain international expert status while proving your excellent performance and level of education.
According to data provided by the RRC Edge Fact Sheet, as of December 2021, the income of brokers who own CRS is twice as high as that of general brokers. In addition to experience, annual income, annual transaction volume, and transaction size are all about twice as high for brokers with CRS certification compared to general brokers without CRS certification.
As part of CRS's curriculum, students will take the REAP program. This training program contains systems and strategies that can be applied globally. It covers the basics of business planning, such as planning and budgeting, and covers various marketing tools, systems, and marketing tactics. Additionally, it consists of four subjects, including high-level negotiation strategies and effective customer response, so you can acquire global real estate knowledge and skills. In addition to ongoing training, textbook and test translation services are also provided.
Through the CRS qualification process, you can acquire global real estate knowledge and skills and build a network with industry experts. RRC is a residential real estate association established in 1976 and has over 28,000 members (as of 2020). In addition, students from all classes held in Korea to date are communicating together and are actively working in the real estate industry, providing opportunities to build networks with industry experts.

2024 Remax Korea Convention
The Remax Korea Convention was held for two days from February 1st to February 2nd. The Remax Korea Convention is Remax Korea's annual event where all Remax Korea affiliates across the country gather in one place to receive education and networking along with an awards ceremony to celebrate the past year's performance. Remax Korea members from all over the country participated and had a grand and enjoyable two days.
The first day was held at the Samjeong Hotel located in Eonju Station, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. On the first day, there were special lectures, performances, and an awards ceremony for members who achieved outstanding performance in Remax 2023.
Agents Jaehyun Lee and Seowoo Hwang of ‘Remax Gold Asset’ won the ‘Chairman’s Club Award’, given to the member with the highest performance last year.
The second day was held at Belgium Cafe located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. We had time to present contract cases and share sales know-how with Jaehyun Lee, team leader of ‘Remax Gold Asset’. Behind-the-scenes stories and various inquiries followed, and many agents participated with interest.
Next, in the 'Practical Negotiation You Can Use at Any Time' training, team discussions and role-playing were conducted. The second day of the convention ended with comments that it would have been better to have known about it in advance and that it provided guidelines on how to conduct business and negotiate in the future. .
Many people who attended said that they were able to feel the power of Remax networking and that it was a useful and enjoyable time to see Remax Korea members from all over the country in one place.
