Hello. This is Kim Byeong-gwan, CEO of Remax Golden Realty.
We are a company located between Gangdong-gu and Songpa-gu in Seoul, and as of November 2024, we have 23 agents working together like a family and running towards success.
Remax Golden Realty is creating outstanding synergy by pooling the capabilities and passion of agents through partnership with RE/MAX, the world's No. 1 real estate global company, in March 2023. We are also operating an administrative law firm that specializes in real estate services.

The second act of life, with Remax
I served as a career soldier for 28 years, and while contemplating how to live my second life, I obtained a master’s degree in public administration from Ajou University’s Graduate School of Public Policy and a real estate agent’s license, preparing for my social life. Although I was proud of my rank as a warrant officer, which many people envied as an “iron rice bowl,” and the stable life of a soldier, I left this life behind and chose RE/MAX for a new challenge. The reason was simple. RE/MAX was a brand with a reputation as the world’s No. 1 in the real estate industry and 51 years of accumulated know-how. I didn’t want to live my second life with small dreams and a sloppy life, so I decided to join RE/MAX. I wanted to dream big and enjoy a wider world. Through RE/MAX, I had the opportunity to attend R4, a global RE/MAX event held in Las Vegas, USA, twice, and meet RE/MAX agents and franchise representatives who have succeeded around the world. Their passion and success stories have been a great motivation to me and have given me confidence that Remax Golden Realty will also succeed through this system.

Remax Golden Realty achieved rapid growth, ranking 3rd among domestic Remax franchises in terms of the number of agents in November 2024, only 20 months after its establishment. I was impressed by this RE/MAX management philosophy and joined the franchise, and Remax Golden Realty was selected as the <Franchisee of the Year> at the 2024 RE/MAX Korea Convention. Rather than immediate profits, I think the corporate mindset of finding happiness in the hearts and empathy of clients and customers and achieving success for customers, agents, and the company as a whole has been the catalyst for me to grow and Remax Golden Realty to become a great franchise.
