Hello, I am Lee Jae-moon, the CEO in charge of sales at Remax Golden J Partners Yongin and Anseong branches. I started my career in the distribution business in 2003, and later developed my capabilities by working in various brokerage businesses at real estate companies. Based on this, I started my own business in 2009. I started an asset management company in 2012, and established Remax Golden J Partners Yongin branch in 2019.
Building on our success in Yongin, we are expanding our presence to Anseong this year to continue growing our business.
We signed a contract with RE/MAX, the world's largest real estate company, five years ago. Based on RE/MAX's global network and proven system, we are offering customized solutions to customers in various real estate markets at home and abroad.

Project Case: New Construction Project of Wonho Building in Shinwol-dong
PM (Project Management) is a comprehensive activity that operates, maintains, and manages real estate with the goal of maximizing the owner's profits and increasing asset value during the asset holding period.
We would like to introduce this project case study as it is a good example of what kind of service we can provide to our customers.
I am currently working as PM for Wonho Building, a commercial real estate building in Sinwol-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. Since Wonho Building will become a unique landmark in Sinwol-dong in the future, the process of being selected as a leasing consulting service provider was quite difficult.
We formed a professional project team, analyzed the business environment, investigated surrounding market prices, started collecting data on MD composition and rental business feasibility analysis, and produced a rental agency proposal of approximately 80 pages, which was selected after a bidding process with other companies.
Regarding the two buildings owned by the landowner at the Shinwol-dong intersection, the client, we carried out the title work of 12 companies and were also in charge of the PM work that was in charge of the overall new construction process, including selecting the architect and construction company. Currently, it has been transformed into a neighborhood living facility building with 3 underground floors and 8 above-ground floors under the name of 'Wonho Building'.
Wonho Building, scheduled for completion in mid-March 2025, has approximately 63% of construction progress as of August 2024, and has completed 85% of lease contracts for medical MDs including dental clinics, orthopedic clinics, internal medicine clinics, oriental medicine clinics, and pharmacies on the 2nd to 8th floors.
From building design to demolition, selection of architects and construction companies, to commercial MD composition and lease agreement, we believe that our successful completion is an example of the kind of service we can provide to our customers.
Remax Golden J Partners Anseong Branch Established
Based on its success in Yongin, Remax Golden J Partners has expanded its base to Anseong.
Anseong Branch will provide real estate consulting, legal advice, tax, accounting, one-stop services for foreigners, and financial consulting based on expertise and trust.
Mr. Yoon Seong-hwan, the Anseong branch manager who will lead the business with me, graduated from the prestigious University of Nebraska in the United States, and served as the Gyeonggi District Junior Chamber President, the International Director of the Korea Junior Chamber, and the Anseong Junior Chamber President, making a name for himself in the golf industry and a global talent with diverse domestic and international experience and know-how.
By combining the strengths of CEO Yoon Seong-hwan and myself, we will lead innovation in the development and brokerage market in the Anseong region.
