The real estate agent recruitment seminar held in Busan on the 4th was jointly hosted by two franchisees, Remax Heritage and Remax Mirae. Headquarters representatives, including CEO Shin Hee-sung, Vice President Park Seo-ho, and Team Leader Na Seung-woo, attended to support the event. With staff from the Seoul headquarters also present, both franchisees made extensive preparations, and the atmosphere exceeded expectations.

By the time the lecture began, the classroom was filled with about a dozen participants. Most were aspiring real estate agents looking to launch their own brokerage businesses in the Busan area, and their anticipation for learning how to prepare for the real-world brokerage environment was palpable.

In the first session, Vice President Park Seo-ho provided a detailed explanation of national brokerage trends and the characteristics of the Busan market. With the strengthening of the platform-centric structure, the role of brokers is shifting toward expertise, and he explained the actual changes occurring in the Busan commercial district from the headquarters' perspective, which greatly engaged the participants.

The second session, led by Team Leader Seungwoo Na, introduced the strategies of successful agents at Remax. He explained successful models based on the company's systems, including AI-based brokerage systems, customer management methods, and leveraging the company's global network, using real-world examples to provide prospective agents with practical guidance.

In the final session, Lee Nam-gon, CEO of Remax Heritage, and Jin Sang-woon, CEO of Remax Mirae, introduced their franchise operations and recruitment processes. Both franchisees demonstrated a strong commitment to working closely with the headquarters to build a professional sales culture in the Busan area. The questions posed on-site were practical, and CEO Shin Hee-sung personally answered questions about the market outlook and the headquarters' vision for the future of the brokerage industry, further boosting the participants' confidence.



Overall, this seminar wasn't just a simple recruitment event; it was a process in itself, where headquarters and franchisees collaborated to grow the local market. The Busan franchisees were well-prepared, and the response to the educational content provided by headquarters was extremely positive. Throughout the three-hour session, I could feel the participants' faces brightening, and many stayed for a long time, asking questions even after the lecture ended.

The biggest achievement we witnessed on-site was the growing interest in the Remax brand in the Busan market. We hope this seminar served as a practical starting point for new agents in the region.
