The qualifications for new intellectuals are creativity, innovation, information sharing, and social contribution. They share new ideas outside the existing framework and practice sharing and service as well as economic development in the local community. The certification process is carried out in the following order: document submission/examination, interview, on-site visit, final review, presentation of examination results, certification ceremony, and member registration.
