The Korea Real Estate Service Development Association (KRESDA) held its founding general meeting at Remax Korea.
The Korea Real Estate Service Development Association is an organization established to introduce overseas real estate education into Korea. Currently, the 'Real Estate Advanced Practices/REAP' required to acquire the 'Residential Real Estate Specialist/CRS' granted by the U.S. Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) is currently available in Korea. We are preparing to introduce it.
Shin Hee-seong, CEO of Remax Korea and Vice President of the Korea Real Estate Service Development Association, said, “The Korea Real Estate Service Development Association was established to spread educational programs from developed countries to Korea,” and added, “It is for systematic research and education on the real estate brokerage and service industries.” He continued, “We will promote the advancement and specialization of the domestic real estate market and contribute to establishing a sound and ethical brokerage culture.”
The Korea Real Estate Service Development Association plans to carry out △overseas real estate industry comparison and analysis research work, △real estate agent capacity building education project, △collaboration work with the government and various real estate organizations, and △real estate big data collection and utilization platform project. We also decided to hold various events to improve the skills of association members and socialize.
