Global real estate franchise Remax Korea signed a franchise agreement with Remax Richtop CEO Park Du-ho for the Hanam main office on September 23.
On September 11th, Richtop signed a franchise agreement for a branch office in the commercial district near Dongtan Lake in Hwaseong Dongtan 2 New Town. This makes Hanam and Dongtan the first Remax franchisees in their respective regions, securing a foothold in the core real estate markets of both new towns.
The Hanam Main Office is located near Exit 8 of Misa Station in the Misa District of Hanam, boasting excellent transportation accessibility and a dense commercial district. The area is considered a promising real estate market with strong commercial, residential, and corporate demand.
Park Du-ho, CEO of Richtop, is a licensed real estate agent and operator of a real estate information newspaper. He is a professional with both field experience and a knack for conveying information. The Real Estate Information Newspaper provides prompt and accurate information on real estate sales, real estate policy trends, and expert columns, building industry trust.
Remax Richtop has already completed the hiring of six licensed real estate agents and is preparing for its grand opening. This team includes professionals with experience in sales management and sales agency for large corporations, practical expertise in new city commercial districts and knowledge industry centers, a distribution expert with over 30 years of experience leading outlet and commercial development, a sales management background with extensive experience in commercial development projects, and individuals with experience in civil service, management, and real estate consulting.
