-'Tampa, Florida' attracting attention from global investors -Remax Korea, 2025 Overseas Real Estate Investment Seminar & AND Event Held Successfully

This event was planned with the aim of sharing practical investment strategies and tax-saving solutions, while also fostering communication and enhancing expertise among Remax agents, focusing on investment information on the Tampa, Florida area, which is rising among global investors.
Startups, tax savings, overseas real estate... A seminar full of useful information The seminar consisted of three lectures in total. In the first session, Professor Kim Young-gap (currently, Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hanyang Cyber University) introduced an investment strategy using an AI-based commercial area analysis tool. He emphasized the importance of analysis and decision-making based on quantitative data such as floating population, commerciality, and rent, which garnered great interest from the attendees.
The second lecture was given by Luigi Novembre, CEO (Co-founder of ARC Realty Group, Development Manager of HOTEL ORA). He explained in detail why the Tampa area of Florida is attracting attention from global property owners, the profit model of the HOTEL ORA project, and the sales conditions. He said that Tampa is a vibrant real estate development market with a rapidly increasing demand for hotels and event facilities due to its natural environment adjacent to the coast, increasing tourists, and increasing local events.
The third session was led by tax accountant Hyunwoong Yoon (CEO of Startax Tax Corporation). He explained tax risks and tax saving strategies to be aware of when investing in overseas real estate, as well as asset management methods using family corporations, based on real-life cases, to help participants understand the practical aspects.
After each lecture, there was a 1:1 customized consultation time with the speaker, providing participants with the opportunity to personally review their investment plans and receive specific advice. One attendee said, “It was a very useful time to hear accurate information and tax saving strategies about the Tampa, Florida area.”
