November, Accelerating global network expansion…The flow of change created by Remax Korea
Throughout November, Remax Korea continued to make significant progress in various areas, including strengthening global network collaborations, announcing agent and franchisee performance, and hosting franchisee show property events. These activities went beyond simple real estate brokerage, creating new market opportunities based on the scalability of the global brand and on-site execution capabilities. Below is a summary of Remax Korea's key issues in November.
Hawaii delegation visits Korea, Strengthening the global network in earnest

A REMAX Hawaii delegation visited Korea. Accompanying them were Myron Kiriu, CEO and influential leader in the Hawaiian housing market, and Sue Jo, a Korean-American real estate agent. The two individuals visited REMAX Korea headquarters to discuss global collaboration and share diverse market experiences with Korean franchise representatives and agents.
Myron Kiriu, CEO, holds a degree in finance from UC Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has been active in the Hawaiian market for over 20 years. This year, he accelerated his expansion by rebranding from Better Homes and Gardens to REMAX, and currently operates six offices and over 170 agents.
Agent Sue Jo is a realtor whose expertise is recognized not only within the Korean community but also among global clients. During her visit to Korea, she received much attention by providing practical information on the Hawaiian market structure, global customer movement patterns, and U.S. and Hawaiian tax systems.
At the event, a 'REMAX AMBASSADOR' certificate was awarded to Assistant Agent Jo Yeon-su, which was a meaningful step in strengthening the agency's role as a global bridgehead connecting Korea and Hawaii.

Platinum Partners' Shinsa-dong Initri Building Show Property
A three-minute walk from Exit 3 of Apgujeong Station. Enter the back alley past Mega Coffee and you'll find the Initri Building, 594-22 Sinsa-dong, perched on a corner. With its open-sided structure and stylish exterior typical of new construction, it blends seamlessly with the area's commercial atmosphere.
The building comprises seven floors, from the second basement level to the fifth aboveground. The exterior staircase and sunken structure offer excellent usable space and a sense of openness. An elevator connects to the rooftop, ensuring efficient access. The lease terms are a 300 million won deposit and 30 million won monthly rent. Both full-term leases and sales are being offered. The sale price has been adjusted from the original 13 billion won range to 12.2 billion won.
The attractive location is also noteworthy. Factors such as proximity to the Euljiro Hospital intersection, the planned opening of the Wirye-Sinsa Line and Dosan-daero New Station, and the redevelopment of Apgujeong Hyundai are all promising factors for future land price appreciation. In particular, the building offers high usability across all floors, including a fourth-floor terrace, a second floor suitable for business use, and a basement with a ventilation system, making it ideal for a variety of needs.
This tour was attended by industry insiders, Remax franchise representatives, and agents, who thoroughly examined the structure, location, and business viability.
