We provide various financial investment products to domestic and foreign investors, and we have gained customer trust through responsible and transparent management.

Co-living

Honors established COVE KOREA, a domestic joint venture with COVE, and is conducting a co-living business (short-term and long-term residential rental solution: Flexible Living).
COVE is a large-scale technology-based residential platform and co-living consignment operator operating over 5,000 rooms in the Asia-Pacific region, including Korea, Singapore, Japan, and Indonesia.
We have extensive operating experience in various residential real estate assets such as serviced residences, luxury mansions, villas, hotels, resorts, and dormitories, and based on this, we plan to introduce a new residential culture in Korea together with Honors Asset Management.

What is Co-living?

Co-living refers to shared housing and is a housing culture trend that has recently become very popular.
Recently, the rental housing market has been gradually increasing demand for co-living due to the growing anxiety about transactions with individuals due to jeonse fraud and the explosive increase in single-person households. The government is also keeping pace with the increasing demand by revising the Enforcement Decree of the Building Act to establish a new 'rental dormitory' law and revising the Enforcement Decree of the Comprehensive Real Estate Tax Act to provide tax benefits such as exclusion of comprehensive real estate tax for rental dormitories, thereby improving the co-living system and upgrading the related market.
Co-living is becoming increasingly popular among young people in their 20s and 30s due to its advantages of low actual deposits, high reliability of landlords (co-living companies), and the possibility of various social community activities.

COVE KOREA Business Model

Remax and Honors (Cove Korea) are cooperating in all areas related to co-living business, including consignment operation/building acquisition/development.
