Title[CEO& Daily Report] Remax Korea and CRE Korea enter into business agreement2019-09-01 19:29
RE/MAX Korea, a global real estate franchise company, announced on September 30 that it had signed a business agreement with CRE Korea, which evaluates real estate value based on big data.

Remax is the world's largest real estate franchise company with approximately 125,000 agents in over 110 countries around the world. Since its domestic launch in 2013, it has been leading the advancement of the Korean real estate industry by introducing innovative real estate systems and services.

CRE Korea is an artificial intelligence company that evaluates commercial and residential real estate values using the Automated Valuation Model (AVM). AVM is a software method that evaluates the value of real estate using actual transaction price, publicly announced land price, card payment data, population data, building information, etc., and is already showing a fairly high usage rate in developed countries such as the United States and Europe.

The constructed real estate data will be provided to CRE Korea, and CRE Korea plans to comprehensively reevaluate it and sequentially provide evaluation value and various information to Remax Korea.

Shin Hee-seong, CEO of Remax Korea, said, “Through this business agreement, we expect to increase the reliability and accuracy of real estate information to the next level.” He added, “As the real estate market is rapidly changing recently and customers’ expectations for real estate services are also increasing, Remax is a more scientific company.” “We will provide professional real estate information and services,” he said.
